I'm Yuko

I’m a UX/Product Designer who blends emotional sensitivity with analytical thinking. I started my career in customer care, where I saw how confusing digital platforms can frustrate users, which led me to UX.

Since then, I’ve worked on SaaS and B2B platforms, and recently expanded my perspective in a startup environment by considering not only user needs, but also business impact and technical constraints.

Working closely with developers as the only designer, I’ve learned to think beyond screens, considering system behavior, edge cases, and real implementation.

I enjoy being involved in the full product cycle and turning complex challenges into clear, practical solutions.
