I’m a UX designer who blends emotional sensitivity with analytical thinking. I started my career in customer care, where I saw firsthand how confusing digital platforms can frustrate users. That experience sparked my curiosity about user behavior and planted the seed for my passion in UX.
I later studied Communication & Multimedia in the Netherlands and built hands-on experience in both UX and user research. I approach design by deeply understanding user frustration and translating it into clear, thoughtful, and evidence-based solutions.
I naturally notice subtle friction in digital experiences, the kinds of moments users can’t always explain but still feel. I’m driven by curiosity and a desire to understand the “why” behind behavior, and I enjoy turning vague confusion into meaningful clarity.
I’ve worked on SaaS and B2B platforms, focusing on simplifying complex journeys and improving usability through user research, empathy, and logic.
I enjoy cozy times watching anime or horror movies with some nice incense. I also like staying active with activities like hiking, hitting the gym, and doing Bodycombat. These help me unwind.
Most importantly, I looove eating and enjoy trying new and delicious foods!
